1. Purpose and relationship
This program is strictly for business-purpose loans secured by investment properties. It allows approved Jamaica-based affiliates to introduce potential investment-property borrowers and real estate referral partners to Themis Mortgage. Owner-occupied and consumer-purpose loans are outside the scope of this program.
Participation does not create an employment relationship, agency relationship, authority to bind Themis Mortgage, or authority to provide mortgage, legal, or financial advice.
2. Affiliate responsibilities
The affiliate may use only Themis Mortgage-approved marketing materials and their assigned marketing page. The affiliate must present information accurately, protect confidential information, avoid collecting sensitive financial information, and comply with applicable laws, platform rules, and Themis Mortgage instructions.
3. Qualifying leads and commission
For each qualifying business-purpose loan on an investment property that closes and produces revenue for Themis Mortgage, the affiliate will be paid 20% of the revenue earned by Themis Mortgage from that lead. A lead must be first introduced through the affiliate’s assigned page or otherwise attributed to the affiliate in Themis Mortgage’s records. Commission payments are subject to applicable payment timing, taxes, and documentation requirements.
4. No guarantee of business or employment
Themis Mortgage does not guarantee that a referral will qualify, close, produce revenue, or result in commission. A full-time position, salary, benefits, and additional commission are possible only after separate review and a written offer from Themis Mortgage.
5. Conduct and termination
Themis Mortgage may suspend or end participation if the affiliate makes inaccurate claims, misuses branding, breaches confidentiality, violates applicable requirements, or acts in a way that could harm clients or the company. Themis Mortgage will provide any applicable notice, post-termination commission treatment, and dispute procedures in writing.
6. Acceptance
By checking the acceptance box and submitting an application, the applicant confirms they have reviewed and accept this agreement. Participation begins only when Themis Mortgage approves the application.
